The service center of company TANAX TRUCKS a.s.offers to its partners provision of customerservice for military vehiclesAKTIS, TATRA, MAN,TATRAPAN, ZUZANA and for commercial vehicles PIAGGIO, GASOLONE. In the sphere of ​​guarantee service, based on the guarantee system of thevehicles, are the core activity guarantee inspections. In the sphere of post-guarantee service,except for listed services, is provided system of spareparts supply, where TANAX TRUCKS a.s. is as the vehicle manufacturer, comparedto the main supplier of components for assemblyfrom company MAN AG, in the position of the primary distributors of spareparts.

With the service and after sales services is connected a wide range ofcontrol and diagnostic activities. They are based on the need of care for individualvehicle units or groups. For this it is necessary to have besides the clearplan also the proficient trained staff, appropriate hardware and softwareequipment, special tools and products. The heart of the system is MAN Catsdiagnostic system connected to a central service center of engine manufacturer.Service Center and its equipment is ready to serve also the need ofservicing the special military vehicles MAN of SX, HX series, with thepossibility of assembling MAC cabins with the mine resistance and also specialvehicles for TATRAPAN and ZUZANA.

In the context of so farestablished trend, we are interested in providing the service of vehicles alsoin the external conditions, directly in the premises of individual users andaccording to their requirements. For this option is already prepared new mobileservice vehicle, a van FORD TRANSIT, equipped with a comprehensive servicetools and equipment. With this service vehicle, it is possible to make on-siteprimary diagnosis and to provide basic service operations so that the vehicleis able to be moved or towed to the service. The main aim is to achieveflexibility and shorter time needed for machinery repairs, in the case of needof external service mission, as required by final users of the vehicles.
